Description

The project consists of construction of a new 2,500 SF warehouse for storage and distribution of parts for T-38C aircraft. Facility contains the following spaces: warehouse for parts storage, 2 offices, parts distribution counter, restroom, mechanical/el ectrical room. Facility contains the following building systems: demolition of existing site utilities/connection of new site utilities, pre-engineered steel frame/batt insulation/vapor retarder/standing seam metal roofing, concrete slab foundation, EIFS /metal studs/batt insulation/drywall, interior metal studs/drywall, painting, vinyl composition floor tile, carpet, millwork, acoustical tile ceiling/grid, DX HVAC system, plumbing, general electrical including lighting, fire detection system. Please note that the description above is not exhaustive and may include other systems not mentioned. Estimated cost range of this project is $250,000 to $500,000. Plans and specifications will be available on/or about November 16, 2001, and will be provided on Com pact Disk (CD-ROM). THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans, specifications, and planholders lists will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
