Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the OMB Circular A-76 Cost Comparison Study for the Directorate of Plans, Training, Security and Mobilization (DPTSM) Support services for Forts Richardson and Wainwright, Alaska. A solicitation has been posted on the Fort Richardson, Directorate of Contracting Web Page at http://www.usarak.army.mil/doc. Hard copies of the soliciation will not be furnished. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) designation is 56121 with a small business size standard of $20 million. Draft notices of this requirement were previously published int the CBD on 9/18/2000; 10/24/2000; 12/12/2000 and 08/20/2001.
