Description

Provide Complete Facility Operation; mechanical, electrical, utility system and equipment maintenance and repair, janitorial services and facility alterations in accordance with the requirements at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue,N.W., Washington, D.C. 20004, for an initial period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive periods of one year each. GSA is issuing solicitation GS11P02ZGD1001 only electronically on or about November 19, 2001. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. There will be no bidders' list for this procurement and no hard copies will be provided.
