Description

Rental one each 4 wheel drive loader (Suggested unit 5.5 yd four wheel drive John Deere Loader Model 744H(or equal) that will be compatible for hookup to a government owned 30ft ramp hog) with 180 hours per month operating time averaged over 4 month perio d 1 Dec 01 thru 31 Mar 02. Rental to include road tech 24 hr service to include replacement parts, oil and filter changes to be performed by contractor at Fort Drum NY 13602. Also there will (if needed) be up to 40 hours of additional operational hours ove r the 720 hours and contractor to delivery and pickup unit. This procurement will be restricted to small business with a service center within 90 miles of Fort Drum NY due to the need for 24 hour service and winter conditions. The standard industrial code is 7359 the NAICS code is 532490 and the business size stan dard is $5 million. The Request for Quote will be issued on 16 November 2001. Note: The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 26 November 2001 as stated on Fort Drums Web page.
