Description

Office Alteration Services -- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for construction services to perform space alterations work for the Office of Personnel and the Office of Equal Opportunity (Rooms 1A315/1A336/1B418) at the John Wesley Powell Federal Building, 12201 Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, Virginia. The requirement includes the alteration of existing office space to create new office spaces and construction of a new conference room. Construction services shall include all labor, materials, tools and equipment to complete the work requirements in accordance with plan drawings. The work shall be completed in three phases and covers an area of approximately 5,700 square feet. Electrical, demolition, HVAC, and general construction disciplines are necessary for this project.
