Description

The Government intends to purchase, on a sole source basis, twelve (12) air control valves and nine (9) filter change-out tool kits from Anderson Metal Industries, Inc., 1385 Pittsburgh Road, Franklin PA 16323 for shipboard installations. These air control valves are installed to protect Navy crews from chemical/biological hazards as a part of the shipboard CPS backfit program. The required valves and installation toolkits must be manufactured to stringent engineering tolerances using Government drawing packages. Initial delivery will be required within three (3) weeks from the effective date of the resultant purchase order. Award will be using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
