Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole-source firm-fixed price modification to contract N00019-00-C-0289 with Lockheed Martin Information Systems, 12506 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, FL 32825-5002, for the fabrication, assembly, integration and testing of thirteen (13) RTCASS production stations and sustaining engineering support. RTCASS will provide a portable test set using COTS hardware and software, which is test program set (TPS) compatible with mainframe CASS. Lockheed Martin Information Systems is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the CASS station and is, therefore, the only known firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment and experience to fulfill the requirement.
