Description

The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Virginia, intends to procure on a sole source basis, the following components for a pod mounted airborne direction finding system from Nurad Technologies, Inc., 3310 Carlins Park Drive, Baltimore Maryland 21215: Three (3) reflector high band/low band assemblies; three (3) high band antenna supports (modification #1); three (3) sections of custom 18 to 40 GHz waveguide, and special tooling items used to produce antenna assembly components. Items will be purchase on a sole source basis because this company is the only source who has successfully produced the required components. A Government owned drawing package exists for engineering/manufacturing reference to these items, and may be obtained from NSWC Dahlgren Code SD13 upon request. A separate request for proposals will not be issued, and simplified acquisition pr ocedures will be used.
