Description

Three National Stock Numbers are being procured in this solicitation. All three are fully competitive; 6850-00-538-0929 and 6850-00-611-7993 in accordance with CID A-A-59281 and 6850-01-412-5579 in accordance with MIL-PRF-29608. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the internet via http://assist.daps.mil or http://dodssp.daps.mil. See Numbered Note 9. Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) anticipated. Multiple awards are authorized by the solicitation. Delivery to Depot Richmond, Va in 30 days and delivery to CONUS DVD locations in 15 days after receipt of order. The resulting contract(s) will have a base period of one year and four, one year options. Minimum quantity per year is one quarter of estimated annual demand. Maximum value of each year is 300% of the annual contract value. Minimum delivery order value: $50.00. Surge and Sustainment applies to two of the NSNs. First article testing applies to NSN 6850-01-412-5579. One-hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set-aside; see Numbered Note 1. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.=20
