Description

The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit competitive proposals for the fabrication of 160 Safety-Arming Device Dummy MK 84 Mod 0 and finishing of 160 Safety-Arming Device Dummy MK 84 Type Shipping and Storage Containers in accordance with the approved baseline. The fabrication effort does not include the following container parts, the Tray or the M2A1 Ammunition Box. These two items will be furnished to the Contractor. Finishing of the M2A1 Ammunition Box, to include painting in accordance with drawing 5479449 and marking in accordance with drawing 5479448, is a requirement of the Contractor upon receipt of the Government Furnished Material. The MK 84 assemblies are machined items with some cabling to simulate the actual Safety-Arming device. The entire contract quantity will be delivered within 210 days after award of the co ntract. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, 6703 W. Highway 98, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Address requests to the Contract Specialist shown above. No telephone requests will be accepted.
