Description

The United States Coast Guard, MLC, Atlantic intends to award a purchase order for Dynalco Controls parts. This is a combined synopsis/request for quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotations are being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The quotation number is DTCG80-02-Q-3FA222. This synopsis/quotation constitutes an invitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-01. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 333618, size 1000 employees. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted on a brand name basis. The acquisition is for: (Item No. 0001) 1 EA Recip-Trap Engine Analyzer, Model 9240DR, Part #90262. Item includes RTWIN Single CPU License (CDROM), Manuals, Integrated Beta-Link, Ultrasonic Probe, Accessories and Carrying Case. (Item No. 0002) 1 EA Spare Parts Kits with, P/N 26084 TM5D Signal Conditioner, P/N 02128 7931 Accelerometer, P/N 16293 Programmed Flash Card, P/N 26383 8? Accel/Ult Cable and P/N 26339 5? DC Aquaprobe Cable. (Item No. 0003) 1 EA Square Acuaprobe Matched Trap, P/N 26345. (Item No. 0004) Optical Eye Encoder Kit, P/N 05357. (Item No. 0005) 1 EA Magic Arm with Clamp, P/N 05360. (Item No. 0006) 1 EA S5-RT Two Year Product Service Agreement. (Item No. 0007) On-site RTwin Level 1 class and RT9240 training for 5 days for up to four CG personnel. Items shall be sent F.O. B Destination within four (4) weeks after acceptance of purchase order. Resultant purchase order shall be signed by the awardee denoting acceptance of order and commencement of delivery period. Items shall be packed, packaged and marked in accordance with commercial standards. Award will be made on an "all or none" basis. Items are to be delivered to U. S. Coast Guard, Maintenance & Logistics Command Atlantic, 300 E. Main Street, Suite 550, Norfolk, VA 23510, Attn: LT John Lee. FAR provision 52.212-2 does not apply in that award will be made to the bidder who submits the lowest price and meets or exceeds the delivery schedule. Bidders are instructed to include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, "Offerors Representatives and Certification -- Commercial Items? (May 2001) with their quote.
