Description

The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following test equipment: Item 0001; 2 each, OPV-PRP Optiview, Integrated Network Analyzer Pro Version and Item 0002; 2 each, Gold OPVW; Optiview Gold Priority Support. Pricing should be FOB Destination to Zip Code 28307. These items are manufactured by Fluke Networks, Inc. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business, see Numbered Note 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies, prepared in accor dance with FAR 12.6 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is DAAB18-02-Q-3706. The NAICS code is 4214 90 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. Any Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Execut ive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
