- The work consists of providing the following nursery services at the Walter Horning Tree Seed Orchard, Clackamas County, Salem District, Oregon: 1) packaging approximately 450,000 containerized plug tree seedlings for shipment and 2) preparing containers, sowing seed, weeding, transplanting and thinning of 520,000 containerized plug seedlings.
