Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F1307312290100 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532111; the size standard is $18.5 million. This solicitation contains only one line item as follows: LINE ITEM 0001- Lease Class 111 Sedan, 2002 Cadillac Seville SLS, with all the standard equipment (4.6 Liter V-8 Northstar Engine, Automatic Overdrive Transmission, Traction Control, (4) P235/60SR16 All Season Goodyear Integrity Tires, 16" Aluminum Wheels, All Standard Equipment), memory package, power tilt telescopic steering wheel, AM/FM Stereo w/cassette/CD Player, plus the luxury package. Lease includes the purchase and installation of hands free cellular phone kit (NOKIA, model 8260 phone) and four extra car keys, for a total of six car keys. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. FAR 52.212-2 is not applicable to this acquisition. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Representation and Certifications- Commercial items with this offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items to this acquisition without the addenda.
