Description

The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to supply various specified vehicles for lease. Vehicles shall be delivered to various U.S. Naval activity locations designed by the Contracting Officer. The work identified to be provided by means of an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract. The contract term shall be for a period of one year. Delivery Orders can be issued on the contract for a period not to exceed 36 months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532112. Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-Sol) website and Plans and Specifications will be made available on or about January 18, 2002. The estimated Bid Opening Date (BOD) is February 21, 2002. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format via the Internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view .pdf files can be downloaded from the Adobe website. The official access to the solicitation is via the Internet. The address is: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil/. Contractors are encouraged to register for the solicitation when downloading from the NAVFAC E-Sol website. Only registered contractors will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued. The proposed procurement listed herein is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
