Description
The Government has a requirement for technical support, maintenance and software upgrades on the NetJunction software. The Government plans to award a contract to Wingra Technologies, Inc. on a sole-source basis for one-base year and four option years. The requirement calls for the contractor to do the following: -- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for issues that are NetJunction related. Contractor personnel will work with USDA HP/UX administrators to ensure that NetJunction is running properly. -- Maintain support via a remote dial-up into the HX/UX server that houses the installation of NetJunction. -- Provide a dedicated Support Representative, working under a Technical Account Management (TAM) contract who will visit the Washington D.C. Headquarters site on a daily basis. -- All software support for NetJunction will be covered by the Software Support agreement. There is no solicitation available. If a vendor feels that he/she can meet the requirements, the response must be received by the December 28, 2001. The Government will make a determination of the best method of acquisition.
