Description

Provide Lease/Maintenance of Washers and Dryers on Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina. Work consists of providing all labor, transportation, equipment and materials necessary for the lease, installation, and maintenance of commerical clothes washers and dryers. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated, with a base period and four (4) option years. This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Interested small business concerns should indicate interest to the Contracting Officer, in writing, as early as possible but not later than 12 November 2001. Provide the following information: (a) SBA qualifications as a small business concern (b) positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor (c) evidence of recent experience in work similar in type & scope to include contract numbers, dollar amounts, point of contact(s) name and telephone number Failure to submit all information requested will result in a contractor not being considered as an interested small business concern. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532210 with a small business standard of $5,000,000.00 The successful contractor will be selected using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government.
