Description

General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 80,000 usable square feet of Class A/fully serviced office and storage space (climate control) for the Small Business Administration near DFW Airport Texas, for 15 years, 10 years firm. All services, supplies and utilities to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. No asbestos containing fireproofing or insulation materials, whether friable or non-friable, will be permitted. All offers are subject to asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB?s) inspection and testing procedures. Space must be available for occupancy no later than July 1, 2002. The space is desired within an area bounded to the North ? Interstate 635; South ? Carrier Parkway; East ? Belt Line/Roy Orr Blvd; to the West ? Hwy 157/Hwy 121. The space must be on ground level and contiguous. Designated and secured parking for 12 official business vehicles, as well as sufficient employee parking for high disaster activities. =20 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: This is an inquiry for available space only, not an invitation to bid.
