Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to award a Fixed-Price IDIQ Contract to paint interior of housing units at USCG Housing Complex ? USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. The complex consists of seventy-two (72) units that are of the townhouse design. The NAICS is 235210 (SIC Code 1721) size standard $11.5M. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Act. The estimated range is between $25K -- $100K (the estimated range is based on the base year and option years). The performance period is one year from the date of award with four one-year options.
