Description

DESC: Item 0001-quantity 1 each, Dust Collection System. High Efficiency Cyclone Separator 14 gauge construction with 10 gallon AR steel cylinder wear plate, HD steel support stand, neoprene flex adapter for connection hopper. Painted with two-part epoxy paint, Sherwin Williams Tile-Clad II or equal. Includes inlet transition to 14 diameter with angle flange. AGET 907-P or equal. Item 0002 quantity 1 each, High Clearance Stand for 907 cyclone with HS-6 hopper, 5.4 cubic yard capacity with cam-action dump gate. Heavy-duty steel construction painted with two parts epoxy. Weight stand 1,400, weight hopper 900, AGET HS-12 or equal. Item 0003 Quantity 1 each. Bin Level Indicator for hopper. Item 0004, quantity 1 each, Mini-strobe light for bin level. Item 0005, quantity 1 each 612 ft. polyester sateen filter media, structural steel support frame, motorized shaker with HP motor, 115/230/1/60, weather proof enclosure panels, 55 gallon drum dust storage with drum, cover, flex hose, clamps, snap ring, two pressure relief panels with weather covers. 16 inlet with angle flange. AGET FT-64-D1 or equal. Item 0006, quantity 1, Weather-Hood Outlet with bird screen for FT-64 filter. Removal of existing cyclone/hopper/stand and installation of new system to include new pad, new dust collection equipment on pad, duct to existing fan, electrical for shaker, bin level, and strobe light.
