Description

Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center's Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to award three equal sole source firm fixed priced simplified acquisition procurement purchase orders to (1) The Faxon Company located in Westwood, Massachusetts; (2) EBSCO Subscription Services located in Golden, Colorado, and (3) Blackwell's Book Services located in Lake Oswebo, Oregon under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). These orders are to purchase an equitable 3-way division of the total volume of library periodicals and journal subscriptions from the only known sources, as listed above, in support of the on-going research based in CRREL's mission.
