Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation for a cost plus fixed fee indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for engineering and technical services to support NAVY, Fleet and other Government agency-sponsored maintenance programs, including the modification of shipboard equipment and systems on all classes of ships, watercraft, and other items as specified in the delivery order. This work may apply to all systems, including, but not limited to, habitability, propulsion, electrical, auxiliary and electronics systems. The contractor shall provide technical services for all phases of work including planning, material procurement, installation, testing and maintenance and operator training of the various shipboard systems. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 6.1. A twelve-month base period (comprised of 801,500 hours) and four twelve-month option periods (each comprised of 801,500 hours) are contemplated. Offerors shall be required to submit cost and technical proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC NORFOLK DET PHILA.
