Description

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) has a requirement to obtain fitness services to include, but are not limited to, the following: resistive weight training machines, cardio-fitness equipment, aerobic classes, free-weights and related apparatus, sanitary locker rooms, and towel service for up to two hundred (200) ONR personnel. The fitness services shall be provided at the contractor?s facility for a period of one (1) year. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities or submit proposals. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 23 November 2001. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The period of performance is for one (1) year. The Federal Supply Class or Service Code is G003, the NAICS code is 713940, and the size standard is $5.0M. Offers and/or questions should be directed to Kasey E.
