Description

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price small purchase with a base year and one option year, on a sole source basis, to Mike West and Associates located in Centreville, VA 20120. The services being procured will support DoD and individual military services in articulating DODspecific concerns to congressional and senate legislators or committees related to environmental provisions within bills having to do with defense authorization, appropriation, and military construction. The contractor will be providing a series of reports tabulating and summarizing this information, with citations to the source. The Contractor will monitor congressional actions and provide timely reports that identify and summarize all environmental provisions, report language and funding adjustments contained in the National Defense Authorization, Defense Appropriations, and Military Construction Appropriations Bills, and committee reports on such legislation.
