Description

: General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 10,810 rentable square feet to produce a minimum of 9,400 BOMA usable square feet of office space for U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service. Usable square feet is that required for furniture, equipment and personnel. The Government will consider existing space as well as new construction. LEASE TERM: The Government is considering two different alternatives: 1) a lease term of 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 5 years of occupancy; or 2) a lease term of 15 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 10 years of occupancy. A decision as to the appropriate term will be made following the market survey and prior to issuance of a Solicitation for Offers. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space is required to be contiguous on one floor. Parking to accommodate the commuting needs of 34 employees shall be located on-site or commercially available within no more than 3 blocks of the offered space. LOCATION: Space is required to be located within the area bounded on the north by FM 1179, on the east by SH 6, on the south by Rock Prairie Road, and on the west by FM 2154 to FM2818 to FM1179. Locations fronting on either side of a boundary street will be considered.
