Description

The 159FW, Louisiana Air National Guard has a requirement for a qualified contractor to provide all labor, transportation, equipment and insurance necessary to furnish a operation connected with a Jantiorial Contract. The Contractor shall be responsible f or the cleaning and disinfecting of all latrines, toilets, urinals, lavatories, water fountains, floors, stalls, and showers. The Contractor shall also be responsible for the cleaning of breakrooms, to include the counters, floors, tables, and sinks. Cer tain hallways and stairwells shall be swept and mopped or vaccumed depending on the type of floor finish. Specific trash containers shall be emptied of its debris and the debris removed to an outside dumpster. The contractor shall furnish all cleaning (b iodegradable) materials for cleaning and equipment needed to provide a clean and safe environment. The Government shall provide all necessary toilet paper, paper towels, hand-soap, and trash bags.
