Delivery: 3 each per month beginning in 280 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Specification, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Other than full and open competition. Note 26 applies. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
