Description

Household Garbage Disposals. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. The resultant contract will be for a base period of 2 years with three (3) one-year options for a total of five (5) years. There are 2 NSN's for household garbage disposals. The method of award will be in the aggregate by NSN group based on the lowest responsible offer. The contract period is January 1, 2002, or Date of Award, whichever is later, through December 31, 2002. Delivery terms are FOB Destination, 30 days ARO continental U.S. This is a restricted total small business procurement. NOTE: PROSPECTIVE AWARDEE MUST FURNISH THEIR OWN PRODUCT OR THAT OF ANOTHER SMALL BUSINESS. Interested parties may submit an offer, which will be considered.
