Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation number is DATM05-02-R-0003. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisiti on Circular (FAR) 97-27. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532120. Contract Line Items: CLIN 0001 1 each, Single wide Tra iler 12 x60 , standard carpet, minimum of one standard window, one standard and one double door, steps three, 3 ton minimum air conditioner, block level and tie down. CLIN 0002 9 each, Double wide Trailer 24 x60 , standard carpet, minimum of one standar d window, one standard and one double door, steps three, 6 ton minimum air conditioner, set-up complex. CLIN 0003 2 each, Triple wide Trailer 36 x60 , standard carpet, minimum of one standard window, one standard and one double door, steps three, 9 ton minimum air conditioner, set-up complex. CLIN 0004 1 each, Quad wide Trailer 48 x60 , standard carpet, minimum of one standard window, one standard and one double door, steps three, 12 ton minimum air conditioner, set-up complex. All trailers require a n open floor plan, no interior walls, supporting columns are acceptable. See attachment for drawings of trailers. Trailers will be delivered to West Pony, Pony, Chili, Cherry, and Chas sites located at White Sands Missile Range, Trailers must be set-up a nd ready for occupancy by 01 March 2002. The government will award to the technically acceptable low price proposal who meets requirements. Any award resulting from this RPF will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.
