Description

The closing response date for the receipt of offers and bid samples has been extended to 12 Noon, 26 Nov 01. Revised specs requires offeror to provide (2) references, i.e., persons name, name of firm/business, telephone number and e-mail address who is in the position to evaluate your past performance, experience and capability of providing customize die cut specimen labels. References shall be current or previous government and/or commercial customers within the last 2 years. Offer shall provide a roll of specimen labels 2.3 mil white polypropylene or other suitable synthetic film backed by a release liner and a roll of ribbon for testing on Govt-owned Monarch 9840 Barcode printer for evaluation.
