Description

UNICOR, FPI intends enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract for Line Item 0001 -- Fabric (FAB1394), 100% Poly/cotton or poly/rayon, color: white-woven, weight: 3.6 minimum, tested to (ASTM-D-3776) Opt.c. breaking strength: minimum 75 on warp and minimum 55 on fill. Tested to (ASTM-D-5034), IAW A-A-55232 dated October 10, 1995.. The period of performance shall be for three (3) years. The guaranteed minimum is: 10,000 yards, Delivery Order Minimum: 2,000 Yards (FCI Tucson, AZ), 5,000 Yards (FCI Alderson, WV) Delivery Order Maximum: 10,000 Yards (FCI Tucson and FCI Alderson, WV), Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Tucson, AZ and FCI Alderson, WV. The Total Estimated Quantity is: 390,000 Yards. Delivery acceptance is 60 days after receipt of each delivery order. This requirement is domestic only, and is all or none. Source Inspection is required. The award will be based on the Best Value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are: Past Performance, Price, and Specifications. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about November 16, 2001.
