Amendment 0002 to SP0600-01-R-0084: Ft Hood, TX Utility Partnering Concept (UPC) The Defense Energy Support Center will issue Amendment 0002 to SP0600-01-R-0084, Utility Partnering Concept at Fort Hood, TX during the week of November 11-17, 2001. It will be available at the Fort Hood UPC website listed below. Amendment 0002 hereby corrects the "Offer Due Date" in Block 8 of both the SF 1449 for Module I, Direct Supply Natural Gas for Ft. Hood and the SF 1449 for Module II, Electricity (kWh) and Capacity (kW) for Ft. Hood from 19 April 2001 to 19 April 2002. For informational purposes, posting of Section "J" of Module III, Privatization is currently delayed. In addition, posting of Module IV, Integrator Services is delayed, pending Army approval. Notification will be generated as these sections are incorporated by amendment into SP0600-01-R-0084. Solicitation closing date will be 19 April 2002. The solicitation may result in multiple awards. Offers may be made on individual modules or all modules. If a company offers on multiple modules, as an "all-or-nothing award," that information must be stated in the initial offer. Anticipated award date is 11 September 2002. The UPC solicitation is available at http://www.desc.dla.mil/publicpages/a/espc/forthood.cfm.
