- Description
- The solicitation for Personnel and Payroll Services is cancelled. The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement with GSA Schedule Contract holders for services required to replace its current personnel and payroll system with modern human resource management and payroll business practices. These practices will streamline and modernize the VA personnel system by reengineering and improving the current human ressources and payroll business processes. The tasks issued under this BPA will include, but not limited to, providing services for the customization of Peoplesoft software and development of the necessary Peoplesoft interfaces for the HR LINK$ system. This may include obtaining necessary contractor subject matter expertise for implementing all required software modules to customer standards, and providing software and database design, engineering, development, code, test, checkout and integration services as necessary for the successful design, installation, and customization of the software. Other services related to the implementation of HR LINK$ may be required and included in the solicitation.
