Description

The subject solicitation is hereby amended to change the intended vehicle from a cooperative agreement to a contract. The Federal Highway Administration intends to negotiatiate a SOLE-SOURCE contract with the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) to facilitate stakeholder outreach and feedback under the Intelligent Transportation System's Public Safety Program. If any other party or organization believes that it has the ability to perform this effort, please submit one original and three complete copies of a thorough Statement of Qualifications to the following addressee by 4:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 14, 2001: Jill M.
