Reference: Sources Sought Notice posted 23 Oct 2001. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB CA is conducting an early industry conference to discuss the Human Resources Development (HRD) A-76 Study. The conference will afford attendees an opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, and offer suggestions. The early industry meeting will be held at Edwards AFB Conference Center, building 5260 on 14 Dec 01 and will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. (PST). The preliminary agenda is as follows: 10:00-10:30 Introduction, 10:30-11:30 Technical Requirements Overview, 11:30-12:00 Solicitation Overview, and 12:00-1:30 Questions/Answers. Provide the full names and country of citizenship of all attendees to judy.gayler@edwards.af.mil no later than 10 Dec 01. If any attendees are foreign nationals you must provide their names no later than 28 Nov 01. Access to Edwards AFB may be denied if attendee's name has not been provided. Additionally, each individual entering base must possess two forms of picture identification and the vehicle must have current registration and proof of insurance. The AFFTC is utilizing the Internet to elicit public review and comment on solicitation documents. The Internet address is http://bsx.org/edwards/bus_ops. The site currently has a copy of the referenced sources sought notice and will be updated periodically with draft documents as they are completed. Our intent is to post the draft statement of work prior to the conference to enable attendees to be familiar with the requirement.
