Description

S -- Armed Security Guard Services for Federal Regional Center (FEMA Region 10)and Disaster Processing Center. This IFB is for armed guard services for both of these facilities. Services are for 2 armed guards per location and are subject to increase of workday shifts or workweek length depending on Natural Disasters occurance or Terrorist Event. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The government intends to award a contract with one base year and up to four option years. Work is subject to the Service Contract Act. Prospective Bidders must submit a request in writing for the bid package (EMS-2002-IB-0001). All requests must be accompanied by a bid package fee of $10.00. This must be a check made out "Federal Emergency Management Agency". Checks only, do not submit cash. No exceptions are granted.
