Description

Single award term contract (in four categories) for the Department of Justice/US Attorney's Offices in four south Florida cities: Miami (Category 1), Ft. Lauderdale (Category 2), West Palm Beach (Category 3), and Ft. Pierce (Category 4). Beginning January 1, 2002 and ending December 31, 2002, with possible option years. Categories 1, 2, and 3 have a RESTRICTED RADIUS -- 50 MILES of the respective city; Category 4 is an ASSUMED 50-MILE RADIUS. Quality Level IV is required. These specifications cover copying (including color copying) of court transcripts, trial exhibits, checks, photos, and various forms of discovery. Most of the orders are labot intense litigation copying. Approximately 1 to 4000 copies of approximately 150 to 290,000 sheets of funished copy. Most are finished size 8-1/2 x ll", some are 8-1/2 x 14". Tabs (9 x 11") required on some orders. Contractor required to store certain discovery for the duration of the trial. Contractor must be able to pickup, produce, and deliver work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Various binding styles required. Deliver f.o.b. destination to the applicable city depending on the category. Complete production is within 25 hours to 30 days (including Saturday and Sunday).
