Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) on behalf of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) intends to enter into a 5 year Sole Source award with The National Judicial College, based on their unique expertise and capabilities. The purpose of the award is to provide specialized training for judges to improve highway safety and act as the information clearinghouse for the Judicial Outreach Program. The training includes Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) enforcement and adjudication and Commercial Drivers License (CDL) laws. Note 22 applies.
