- Description
- The work includes blasting and painting exteriors, ballast tanks, and miscellaneous repairs. Drydocking is required. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. Contractor's inspection will take place at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. Work is to take place at the contractor's plant. The place of performance is restricted. This is a Best Value solicitation. Contractors are encouraged to submit past performance data with their proposals.
