Description

SOLE SORUCE: The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cannon Instrument Company, 2139 High Tech Road, State College, PA to procure a Viscometer Kinematic. Cannon Instrument Company is the only firm that can provide the interchangeability with pre-existing software currently programmed into a Laboratory Management System (LIMS) currently in use at USAYPG to perform critical tests. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334513/500. Award of the requirement shall be in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
