- Description
- The National Archives and Records Administration intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for performance-based commercial services to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to operate, maintain, inspect, test, repair, adjust, install and replace all building systems at the Hoover Presidential Library Facility. The contract awarded as a result of this RFP will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with Department of Labor wage determinations incorporated. The Term of the contract will be for a Base Period of 12 months plus four (4) 12-month options. The requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235110 and the Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 Million. Interested firms will be required to respond to evaluation factors, which include both price and technical factors, where technical factors are more important than price. The primary technical factors are: Management Approach, Technical Understanding, and Relevant Past Performance. One Contractor will be selected for award on the basis of its proposal being the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by NARA. Copies of the RFP, which will be available on or about 30 November 2001, may be obtained through the Federal Business Opportunities web site at www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.eps.gov. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. All contractors interested in receiving notification of updates/amendments to the solicitation posted on the EPS are urged to enroll on the web site mailing list for this acquisition. Those contractors enrolled will be notified automatically of any changes made to the RFP through their e-mail addresses. No telephone or fax RFP request will be accepted.
