Description

This is a combined Synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This solicitation #02SQ6A0006 is issued as a Request for Quotations(RFQ) All quoters to reference this RFQ# and shall be submitted by 4pm local time on 12-04-01. The work involves security surveillance services for Seminoe and Kortes Powerplants in Carbon County, Wyoming. The term of the contract will be from date of award through June 16, 2002. The solicitation document and incorported provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The Naices code for this solicitation is 561612 and the small business size standard is 9.0 million. The following will be awarded as line items and according to the statement of work: line item (1) Security Surveillance Services 6-Hour night patrol Monday-Friday not to exceed 125 days quantity 125 days line item (2) Two 6-hour (day/night) patrols Sat-Sun not to exceed 52 days quantity 52 days line item (3) Two 6-hour (day/night)patrols Holidays (Dec 25, 2001, Jan 1, Jan 21, Feb 19 and May 27 2002 quantity 5 days line item (4) Security Personnel Testimony and Prosecution 5 days quantity 5 days No offer will be considered for only a part of the schedule numbers bid(all or none).
