Description

The US Department of Agriculture, National Information Technology Center (NITC, Kansas City, MO, has a requirement to renew software maintenance for CICS Energizer Software with BMC Software Distribution Inc. The software is currently installed and in use at NITC. No other known source exists for this proprietary software. USDA intends to renew its software maintenance requirement by issuing a small dollar sole source purchase order to BMC Software Distribution Inc. This notice meets the FAR requirement to notify the public of this sole source award.
