Description

Single award term contract for the CDC in Atlanta, GA. Beginning January 1, 2002, and ending December 31, 2002 with possible option years. Quality Level II is required. These specifications cover the production of self- and separate-cover pamphlets requiring such operations as plate-making, printing, binding, affixing labels, mailing, and delivery. Approximately 86 orders per year -- weekly, plus miscellaneous other times as needed. Quantity ranges from 12,000 to 33,000; page counts range from 8 to 220. Trim size is 8-1/2 x 11". Proofs required on some orders. Saddle-wire stitch or Perfect bind, as indicated. Mail tabs required on self-mailers. Mail f.o.b. contractor's city to various cities, deliver balance f.o.b. destination for Atlanta, GA or the Washington, DC area, as indicated. Complete production and delivery within 24 hours to ten workdays (weekly pubs within 24 hours).
