Description

The Office of Grants Management of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is seeking qualified offerors to provide Department-wide professional training to grants management personnel and program officials associated with the management of grants in the regulatory, policy and procedural environment of DHHS OPDIV's and STAFFDIV's. The annual load of training is about 1000 classroom slots, or individual attendances at scheduled competency based courses presented in classroom settings, and about 100 enrollments in a self-study course. Currently seven different courses are offered and presented in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, GA, Baltimore, MD, and various other sites throughout the United States. The period of performance will be one basic year and four option years. A task order type contract is anticipated. The date of issuance for this RFP will be approximately 12/10/01. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of the RFP. Requests for this RFP must be made in writing and sent by email or fax to the contact point given. There will not be a bidder's conference. Any questions on the RFP will be due in writing approximately 10 calendar days after issuance of the RFP.
