Description

Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance, Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance, Wheelchair Van and Able-Bodied Transport Services to beneficiaries of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion and Fort Wayne campuses. Ambulance services are to be provided on a twenty-four hour a day, seven-(7)-day a week basis, including holidays. The contract period will be for one year from the date of award, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for four additional one-year option periods.
