Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and supervision necessary to replace cooling tower and triple duty valves at the M. Dillon Federal Courthouse, Buffalo, NY in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work to include, but not limited to, removal and replacement of existing cooling tower, demolition, electrical work, mechanical piping and valves, painting and crane operation. This procurement is offered as a HUB ZONE set aside for HUB ZONE certified firms. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS code is 235110, size standard $11.5 Million. Contract performance period is 120 calendar days. Solicitation issue date is on or about November 7, 2001 with quotations due COB November 29, 2001. The RFQ and specifications will be available on CDROM only. Those firms interested in submitting a quotation must formally request the CDROM by letter, email to John Phelps at the address above or facsimile. Firms must indicate their street address (no PO boxes) and include telephone, fax and DUNS numbers. No telephonic requests will be accepted. See numbered note 27.
