Description

Install two center provided Captiveaire grease hoods and one exhaust fan in accordance with all applicable codes. Fabricate and install 16 gauge steel exhaust duct work welded liquid tight extended to the roof approximately 30 feet in height. Install 5'x6' stainless steel wall panels. Provide prints. The two grease hoods which are provided by the center are manufactured by Captiveaire, model #6015SND, 8'2" in length, sloped exhaust-only wall canopy with one field cut 10x23" exhaust risers. Specifications can be faxed upon request. The fan which is also provided by the center is manufactured by Captiveair, model #BI-24-RM exhaust only unit with 24" utility set exhaust fan. This fan handles 5,282 cfm at 1.000"wc. Running at 818rpm. A walk-thru of the site can be conducted on Monday, 11/19/01.
