Description

The Government has a requirement for Janitorial Services for the Richard B. Russell Federal Building/Courthouse locate d at 75 Spring Street and the Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Building located at 77 Forsyth Street, Atlanta, Georgia. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The terms of the contract: 6/1/2002 through 5/31/2003. Includes a base ye ar and additional four year options period. Estimated Cost Range:900,000 per year. This is a performance based contract. A nticipated issue date of the solicitation is December 17, 2001. Release of Information on the current contract does not req uire a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
