Description

The SEC intends to purchase under FAR Part 12 on a sole source basis a master license including Outlook Contact Manager, InterAction, client server application, application collaboration server, and web-based Intelligence Server (IRIS) for up to 200 users with installation, training, annual support, and support renewals for up to 5 years from Interface Software, 44 Merrimac St., Suite 300, Newburyport, MA 01950. The installation services include basic product planning and configuration, development of business processes to manage Outlook data and create and maintain a shared client base, review and clean up recommendation of the Outlook data to be synched, and 2 days floor support for the initial rollout. The Interface products can be installed on several database platforms including SQL, Oracle, and Sybase, all of which the SEC has, to provide MSN Outlook with the capability to manage, update without duplication, integrate, and relate a large volume of contacts in a secure environment using Chinese walls,=20
